Context
We are looking for an Agile project manager with a strong focus on data, analytics, BI, and business insights who has previous experience with FMCG.The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing analytical solutions, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and leading a dedicated team for data, strategy, & insights.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing Agile methodologies within the European Data & Analytics team
• Prioritizing and managing feature backlogs, including effort estimation
• Developing a roadmap for project delivery and resource allocation
• Leading Agile meetings and resolving issues/blockers affecting project progress
• Fostering a collaborative and improvement-focused team environment
• Maintaining visibility and relationships with stakeholders
• Communicating insights & strategies to C-level

• Technical and analytical skills for data analysis, business strategies, product ownership, etc.
