We are currently looking for a BI Community Coordinator:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Function as the communication link between the Business Intelligence central unit and internal customers.
- Help identify, form and develop communities and host touchpoints sessions to keep the community relevant with BI topics.
- Analyze and document internal and external user stories and transform wants into requirements for the tech teams.
- Coordinate and follow up planning milestones with tech teams and update involved parties on its progress.
- Manage and maintain a repository of information to facilitate awareness and knowledge on the BI products and their on boarding.
- Proactively and purposefully distribute relevant BI information from new functionality and releases to training and community touchpoints on various communication channels.
PROFILE:
- You have strong interprofessional oral communication skills (English)
- You have good proficiency in creating and designing digital content (Power Point, Sharepoint,…)
- You have confidence to host meetings with senior level users and the analytical skills and the ability to summarize points of view.
- You have affinities and understanding with BI tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau) and data warehouse principles.
- You have affinities with work management tools JIRA/Confluence and are organized and methodical to follow up important topics.
