You ensure that our Platform Build and Platform Run teams provide a secure, scalable and automated engineering foundation that enables efficient software delivery across the company. You bring people, priorities and execution together while fostering collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><b>Your Responsibilities:<\/b><br \/>\nYou will provide&nbsp;leadership to the Platform Build and Platform Run teams, ensuring effective execution and continuous evolution of the engineering platform.&nbsp;You translate strategy into a clear roadmap, set priorities and drive predictable delivery.&nbsp;You guide technical decision making by guiding discussions, evaluating trade\u2011offs and ensuring alignment, while relying on your strong technical understanding of modern engineering platforms &mdash; from CI\/CD and Infrastructure as Code to Azure, automation, observability and release processes.<br \/>\n<b>Your profile:<\/b><br \/>\nYou are a strong people leader with solid technical understanding and experience in engineering organizations.<br \/>\nYou bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Experience leading technical teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Background in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or cloud<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Solid understanding of modern infrastructure concepts (Azure, IaC, CI\/CD, automation, reliability)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Strong planning and organizational skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Ability to bring structure into complex environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Experience facilitating discussions and driving decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>A pragmatic, collaborative leadership style<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0\"><span>Strong change\u2011management capability&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-4901","jobs","type-jobs","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/konoconsultants.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs\/4901","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/konoconsultants.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/konoconsultants.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/jobs"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/konoconsultants.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4901"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
