We are seeking a seasoned Leanification/Process Reengineering Manager to join the Chief Operating Office Department of Finance. This role focuses on optimizing Finance processes, driving innovation, and implementing lean principles to enhance the function's effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead optimization projects to streamline Finance processes (accounting, consolidation, management control, etc.).
- Drive the redesign of Finance functions, including resource mapping and sourcing strategy.
- Ensure detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and organizational structures.
- Support change management, involving key stakeholders throughout the process.
- Assist in preparing and syndicating COO presentations (internal/external).
- Collaborate with the CFO Office on operational strategy and execution.
Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance process optimization or related roles.
- Skills: Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, and process modeling techniques. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with financial control, internal audit, and change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
- Languages: Fluent in English (required), Dutch and French (preferred).
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Lean/Change Management certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to drive change and manage complex problems.
